European culture is a very ultra modern; and what most other parts of the world would consider as bold display is actually common in these countries. Go anywhere and it is quite common for you to find people kissing on the road or falling all over each other. It is just that there is a very strong sense of 'I do not care' attitude among the society and it is seen in their behavior.
Music has played a very important role in the European culture through various centuries in its own form. People adapted very easily to the current form of music and art very easily. Pop music has had a larger than life role in carving current day European traditions. The clothes youngsters wear and the style of language they speak or the words that they use has a very strong influence from music. Pop music is also one of the most popular genre of music in Europe. The United Kingdom is even more strongly influenced by it.
Not all the countries in Europe can be compared to one another. Some countries like Finland are more traditional than England for example. Cosmopolitan cities like London and Paris are different from the villages in their respective countries. For example, the clothing and the shopping stores in London and Paris may be common, but when you go deeper down in France or England, they have their own distinctive brands. Not everyone might be interested in a Levi's, for example. Some may have not even heard of those brand names.
