Most of the foreign companies can never really set up a business in Japan. It is very difficult to understand how they operate and function. However, the Japanese operate their businesses successfully all over the world. Also, several companies have this predetermined notion that setting up business in Japan would mean losses as it will never be successful with the Japanese markets. The main reason behind this is that the business culture in Japan is very different from the business practices across the world. Japanese are extremely polite people and they have a code of conduct for everything they do. They hold others with a high regard and respect and you cannot see this in any other country.
